Hashbrown Chicken Pot Pie (Super Easy to Make & Budget Friendly)
1 can of chunk chicken
1 bag of mixed veggies
1 can cream of chicken
1 box of the hash brown patties
Mix veggies, chicken, cream of chicken and ½ cup of water into a pan/pot and bring to a boil. Pour mixture into a 9×13 (or 7×11) baking dish and lay hashbrowns across the top. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!
