Low Carb Buffalo Crack Slaw Recipe

I made this for the first time tonight and it was actually really good, if you don’t like a lot of spice omit the hot sauce & red pepper flakes, or season to taste.

1 pound lean ground beef
1 large bag of organic shredded cabbage (add a second bag if desired)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2-1 cup chopped organic white mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1tbsp minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper, crushed (optional)

In a frying pan brown meat, onions, mushrooms, salt & pepper, minced garlic and garlic powder. Drain oil & remove meat mixture and place in another pan. Add sesame oil and cabbage in pan, cook until cabbages begins to brown. Add apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes (optional) and hot sauce, stir in and add meat, stir well, cook until heated thoroughly and serve.
