- 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 frozen bag broccoli
- 1 block cream cheese
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 tbsp minced garlic
- Salt & pepper to taste.
I love my crockpot and use it all the time to cook my chicken, it’s always juicy and melts in your mouth.
Place chicken in crockpot and cook on high 4 hours, shred chicken and turn settings on warm. Preheat oven to 350. Place broccoli in Dutch oven or large cooking pot and cook, add in minced garlic. Once broccoli is thawed add in cream cheese block and mix well. Add in chicken and stir then pour into 13×9 pan and top with mozzarella. Bake 15 mins or until cheese is melted.
