Turkey & Fruit Salad 🥗

I love fruit in my salads, they make it so delicious! 😋

Here’s what you need:

  • Handful of Spring Mix Salad
  • 4 pieces of oven roasted turkey lunch meat, chopped
  • 1 mozzarella string cheese, chopped
  • 4-5 grapes, halved
  • 3 strawberries, chopped
  • Skinny Girl Raspberry Vinegarette
  • Optional: Almonds or Walnuts (I didn’t add nuts to this salad but I often do for extra protein)

Lay down spring mix, meat, cheese, fruits and drizzle with dressing. Enjoy! 😍

Fresh Strawberries and Honey Greek Yogurt Popsicles

With only TWO ingredients needed this is super easy to whip up with your kids (and fun for them)! They make for a very yummy summer treat and it’s healthy!

Here’s what you need:

  • 2.5-3 cups Greek God’s Honey Greek Yogurt
  • 6 strawberries, chopped
  • 8 piece popsicle mold

Add chopped strawberries and yogurt into bowl and mix well. Use a spoon to pour into molds, place popsicle lids on and place in freezer. Ours were frozen within 3 hours but they were best when we let them freeze over night. To remove popsicle from mold run mold under warm water for 20-30 seconds then gentle pull it out.

🌟Note: Pending on the size of your molds, you may have left over Yogurt or need to add more, add according to your mold size.

Hello Fresh Meal Review 👌🏻💯

I recently received a meal service box from Hello Fresh (healthy recipes delivered to your door, you pick your menu and serving size, they have different plans to choose from to meet your needs, it also ships free) and I was really nervous to see how I’d like it and if my food would actually arrive cold or not. 😬 It arrived on the day as shipping noted and to my surprised I opened everything up and it was all packaged very nicely, separated by recipes into boxes 📦 (if you’re big on organizing then this will make you happy). Everything was very cold and looked wonderful!

The box came with ingredient/recipe cards for each meal as well. I received 2 meals: Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo and Holy Moly Spinach Artichoke Ravoli.

Spinach Ravoli was filling and very good, and easy to make!

Gumbo was SO good, it was very different and full of flavor, also easy to make!

Overall I really loved this box, you can skip meals and order when you want so you’re not locked in and if it’s not for you it takes 30 seconds to cancel on line!

Jessica Simpson “The Warm Up” Capris Review

I’m always on the hunt for really great exercise pants, preferably capris. I stumbled upon these on HSN.com last week and I wanted to try them because obviously they’re cute, I love Jessica Simpson Style and they were on sale, so I ordered two pairs.😍

First off, I love the capris so much but I think they run very small, I normally would wear an XL in workout bottoms as I’m a size 16. I ordered size 3X because I read to size up and I have noticed a trend in designer clothing running smaller. (I probably would have fit in the 2X just fine because they are very stretchy.)

They are very comfortable and stretchy, they move with your body and do not heat you up while you work out, so your legs won’t get super sweaty.

I wore my colorful purple pair today while working out and I got several compliments on them, I’m telling you, they are really cute! 👌🏻

They also have a zipper pocket in the back to store your keys or card, it has a reflective stripe above the zipper as well.

The retail price is $54.00 each but I scored them on sale for $14.97 which I think is a great deal! I highly recommend giving this brand a try, I personally can’t wait to try more of her workout gear, just remember to size up!
